u'NIIChAVO Laboratory of Kinship Anomalies [NIICA] is a small family run branch of the famous \u201c\u041f\u043e\u043d\u0435\u0434\u0435\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0438\u043a \u043d\u0430\u0447\u0438\u043d\u0430\u0435\u0442\u0441\u044f \u0432 \u0441\u0443\u0431\u0431\u043e\u0442\u0443\u201d institute, misplaced somewhere in New Eden. Our research focus: how blood ties, shared hangars and terrible jokes affect the behaviour of semi-sentient drones and other Rossum-grade \u201cuniversal robots\u201d(R.U.R).

We mine, build and field drones of all kinds \u2013 from harmless helper bots to angry R.U.R. swarms \u2013 while quietly tinkering with industry, research and logistics in the background. All members are \u201ctest subjects\u201d, all alts are \u201cexperimental units\u201d, and every undock is another field experiment in applied magic and engineering.
